FAQ

1) Is this really the band website for a heavy metal band?

Maybe.

2)  You don’t seriously expect Christians to murder people for Jesus, do you?

Murder?  No.  Legally execute people exactly as the Bible commands?  Why not?  The Bible commands followers to execute non believers (2 Chronicles 15:12-13), people who disobey priests (Deuteronomy 17:12), gay people (Leviticus 20:13), infidels (Romans 1:24), people who work on Sunday (Exodus 31:12-15) and many, many more!  Of course Christians need to make these executions legal first.  After all, it would be a sin to break local laws (1 Peter 2:13-17).

3) Are Christians still supposed to follow the Old Testament rules?  I thought the New Testament (or new covenant) cancelled out those old arcane rules.

According to Matthew 5:17-19Luke 16:17, and 2 Timothy 3:16, absolutely no letter of the old laws shall be changed (until the ends of Heaven and Earth).  Jesus says so Himself.  If Jesus commands you to jump off a cliff (Matthew 8:32), who are you to question?

4) Are you guys possibly misinterpreting the Bible?

There is no room for interpretation in the Bible.  According to 2 Peter 1:20-21, there is no prophecy of scripture that is a matter of personal interpretation.  The words of the prophets are direct from God Himself.  You are to handle the truth of God’s Word correctly (2 Timothy 2:15).  Lesser Christians who claim the Bible is to be taken figuratively are disobeying the Bible and should be put to death (void where prohibited).
